I started this blog a few years ago to chronicle a move out to (and subsequent move back from) California, noting the little travels my new (at the time) husband and I did in our temporary West Coast home, but found that I still had things I wanted to share when we came back to North Carolina. I’ve since moved back to San Francisco, and the adventure continues.

I’ve always loved fashion and travel – especially to places by the sea – and while I by no means consider myself to be among the most fashion-forward ladies out there, I thoroughly enjoy hunting down items and styling them in easy, attainable ways (even when that happens by accident). And I find myself constantly inspired by new surroundings and attire that is evocative of a place; after all, when you aren’t on vacation exploring somewhere new, you can still dress like it.
