There comes a shift at some point in June around here where the thought of anything remotely long-sleeved – at any time, on any day – becomes repulsive. The air is so sticky that the only items I find myself able to wear are those with enough flow to at least somewhat stay away from the skin, and this season’s sheer trend fits that bill nicely. My sister recently gave me this skirt for my birthday, and it couldn’t have come at a better time, considering the humidity that’s set in at this point for the next few months or so. Plus, something about it reminds me of strolling through some European isle, and that’s certainly a nice thought right about now.
OOOOO I love the pleated skirt!!Pleats and assymetrical cut two of my favorite things. I love you pair it with a gold tie belt it gives it a Grecian feel.
